Rental conditions

A valid driver’s license is required to rent a motorhome and mobile home. with a driving experience of 3 years. Motor caravans can be driven by persons at least 25 years old who hold a category B driver’s license. If the lessee is a legal entity, the contract for the use of the vehicle is concluded by a member of the management board or a person authorized by him, who submits documents certifying authorization to the rental company.

Booking and deposit payment

When choosing the travel period of the motorhome and mobile home, a deposit must be paid, which is considered a 100% advance payment to the account of the company Nexxo Trade OÜ in LHV bank IBAN EE777700771008597828. Payment can only be made by bank transfer. The lessee of the motorhome must pay a deposit of 1000 EUR for fulfilling the requirements of the contract, and for a mobile home the deposit is 300 EUR, which will be returned 100% within five (5) working days upon termination of the contract and compliance with the requirements. we reserve the right to choose the client, do a background check and hold the reservation for 48 hours!

Rental period and mileage

The minimum rental period for motorhomes and caravans is 4 days. Fee for a lesser period by agreement if there is availability in the calendar. For a longer period, we are ready to make a better price. We recommend that you notify us in good time of possible changes to the time and/or place of returning the motorhome. The motorhome does not have a mileage limit.

Rental prices

The rental prices include the cost of oils, maintenance, mandatory road insurance and comprehensive insurance. The rental price does not include the cost of fuel.

Insurances

The rental price of a motorhome and mobile home includes an accident and comprehensive insurance with the renter’s own responsibility of 400 EUR. Tires and rims are not insured, and the renter bears full material responsibility for both tires and rims. In the event of a traffic accident and the hijacking or theft of a motorhome or mobile home, the renter is obliged to immediately inform the police and the lessor (contact numbers can be found in the rental agreement).

Validity of the contract

Every signed contract is binding – even if you have not read it or understood it. We recommend that you always carefully read the terms and conditions before signing the contract and clarify them if necessary. Later claims are not satisfied or settled in court.

Driving outside of Estonia

The customer may not drive the rented motorhome outside the borders of the European Union!

Car condition

The motorhome will be handed over to you packed, washed and in a technically sound condition. When you receive the car, we recommend that you inspect it carefully and note all damages (including scratches) in the contract, otherwise you may be held responsible for damages that the car already had before. The lessor is not directly or indirectly responsible for damages that may result from the breakdown of the motorhome and if the trip is interrupted or delayed due to the above. If a breakdown occurs during the rental period, the lessee may demand a corresponding price reduction if the lessor cannot prove that he has done everything to keep the vehicle in good condition.

Fuel

The motorhome will be handed over to you with a full fuel tank. If the motorhome is returned with an incomplete tank, a fine of EUR 150 will be added to the rental fee. Damage caused by improperly filled fuel shall be compensated by the Renter.

Handing over and returning the car

The rental period starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the rental and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the rental, unless otherwise agreed. The motorhome or mobile home must be returned with the interior thoroughly cleaned, the toilet cartridge and waste water tank emptied, and the water tank refilled, as it was at the time of rental. When paying for the rental period, a cleaning fee of EUR 100 must be paid immediately, which includes the final cleaning in case the tenant himself does not want or does not have time or place to clean. The lessor has the right to demand an additional cleaning fee if the caravan is not cleaned well enough. In this case, the price of indoor and outdoor cleaning is 100 EUR. The price of emptying the waste water tanks and filling the water tank with new water is 25 EUR. When returning a motorhome or mobile home, the lessor and the lessee carry out the inspection of the car together. In the case of defects that were not present at the time of rental and cannot be considered normal wear and tear, the lessor has the right to withhold the deposit in part or in full, depending on the defects.

Claims from third parties

All claims from third parties caused by the lessee and/or users of motorhomes and caravans during the rental period (for example, violations of traffic rules, parking fines, late payment decisions, moving the car, etc.) are subject to full compensation by the lessee and/or users of the car even after the fact.

Other

Dogs up to 15kg are allowed for an additional fee of 15 euros per day. Prior approval is required. In case of violation of the requirement, a fine of 100 EUR.

Equipment

Motorhomes and mobile homes are equipped with anti-theft devices and additional security locks on the doors from the inside and outside.
